About these terms
These terms govern use of this website and, where applicable, the supply of pest-control and waste-control services by Destrodent Pest Control Ltd. They do not affect statutory consumer rights.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the information available at the time. If a site visit, inspection or further information materially changes the scope of work, we will explain this before proceeding. A booking is confirmed only when agreed with Destrodent.
Access and customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, reasonable safe access to the relevant property or area, and any preparation instructions that have been agreed before a visit.
Waste services
Waste-control services are subject to an assessment of the material, site conditions and applicable handling requirements. We may decline or amend work where waste is not as described, access is unsafe or specialist disposal is required.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit or invoice due date, will be confirmed in the quotation or booking confirmation. If payment is overdue, we may pause further work until the account is brought up to date.
Cancellation and changes
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation charge, if applicable, will be explained in the booking terms or quotation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, Destrodent is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or services.

Website content is provided for general information. We may update, correct or remove content without notice. You may not copy, distribute or use website material for commercial purposes without permission.
